Hazel passed away peacefully on Monday 18th August 2025, at RCH Treliske aged 94 years.
Beloved wife of the late Edward Pooley Eustice, a much loved mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
Funeral service at Gwinear Parish Church, on Tuesday 16th September at 2.30pm, followed by private interment in the churchyard.
